Citizens Bank Operational Buildings Renovation

Two buildings from the beginning of the last century, The Kurzweg Building and The Operations Building, were renovated to manage the client’s modern demands of office efficiency and technology.

Many of the existing elements of the structures were kept in place such as the murals, existing doors, ceilings, and masonry walls to create a visually pleasing and historically sensitive whole. This project is under consideration to receive historic preservation tax credits to offset the cost of the renovation.
